Alaska State Troopers say Wrangell crab fisherman Joseph Janssen is on probation after catching and keeping thousands of undersized Dungeness crab. Troopers say 30 percent of the 23,200 pounds of crab on Janssen's boat, the Leanna Sea, was undersized.
